The George and Dragon, like many British pubs, shows soccer on Saturday night but always has the premier motorsport of Formula 1 on Sundays. That’s what I was told.

F1 races during the non-European season tend to be on Saturday nights, and going to a random sports bar on such a busy night means you’ll be fighting with soccer and other sports fans who want their SportsCenter fix. You’ll also be fighting to get a bartender to have time to change the channel while dispatching the many punters clamoring for drinks. The above bars are ones known to have the race already on TV.
